(Reasoning by Mark Lackner). We will review and discuss a portion of Kent Nerburn’s book, The Wolf At Twilight. In this second novel in the Neither Wolf Nor Dog trilogy, Kent learns the key message from his teacher, the Sioux elder, Dan. Comparing and contrasting the clash of cultures as Europeans invaded North America, we are reminded of the words of the Lakota chief, Sitting Bull, “Come, let us put our minds together to see what kind of life we can create for our children.”
